About Me

Hey, I’m Shani! I take a no-judgment, no-diet, all-inclusive approach to nutrition. I earned a first-class degree in Nutritional Therapy BSc (Hons) from the University of West London, but more importantly, I’ve been in your shoes.

I live with Asperger’s, PCOS, IBS, and GERD, so I know how frustrating it can be to juggle your health while trying to live your best life. I also know firsthand how powerful nutritional therapy can be for managing symptoms and actually making you feel good in your body.

Never worked with a nutritional therapist before? No stress. I’m not here to judge or boss you around. No fad diets, no restrictions, no pressure. Instead I’ll help you create a plan that works for you  with realistic and personalised changes that fit your lifestyle. Whether it’s adjusting your diet, fine-tuning your lifestyle habits, or figuring out the right supplements, we’ll build something that feels sustainable and makes a difference.
